Use Domain Name Analyzer to find good domain name combinations

One very good domain name tool that I utilize on a daily basis is the Domain Name Analyzer by DomainPunch.com. It is an awesome free tool that comes packed with ready made word combinations which you can use to create your own domain names. Once you are happy with the combinations you have created, the program is cool enough to be able to do mass whois of the entire domain name list returning results in detail.

If you don’t realise how good that is, think about this: Domain Name Analyzer allows you to input a formula as a parameter – say &&&& = LLLL – then select the extension you want, say .com and run a search. It basically creates all the possible combinations for a four letter domain name and then does a whois for each one of them. That is some 300,000 combinations mind you, but it does the trick. If you leave it running over night, in the morning you will have all the possible combinations of four letter .com domain names that are available for registration.

What’s more, you can use Domain Name Analyzer to import keyword lists and then create domain name combinations and do mass whois from those. I have blogged previously about keyword resource sites here. So, you download a huge keyword list, import it into Domain Name Analyzer, select the extension you want, and run. Voila! You start getting available domain names that you could never think up. You can go straight to your favourite registrar and register those domain names :) .

I hope you enjoy using Domain Name Analyzer. It is a very cool free domain name tool indeed. You can download it here.
