NamdeDrive customer service sucks. They simply don’t answer emails. I’ve submitted domains to their spotlight domains and they seem to be perpetually stuck in review. It must be a European company, as all EU companies have really bad customer service. They think they’re “entitled” to have customers. Well, good luck with that NameDrive!

I agree namedrive.com stinks. They don’t reply to emails. Stay with sedo to promote your domains or build your own adsense site or blog instead.

Namedrive have a section on my site and they reply to member questions and issues very quickly. Worth a try.

Hey Mr. acorndomains, wise up. Obviously Namedrive has a contact section on their site. And they don’t reply to questions. I agree with the above folks who’ve complained about Namedrive, they do suck eggs. But unlike a previous person noted I think Sedo has bad service too.

I don’t agree that there is not support at NameDrive. I have always received very good support when contacting them. And I cannot say the same about Sedo.

NameDrive works ok for me. I’ve been with them for about 2 years now and have recieved all my payments on time with no real problems.
