AsiaDNS is offering two-for-one .asia domains

Domainers interested in .asia domains should check out the current offer by asiadns.com. Asiadns.com is offering a two-for-one  deal for any .asia domain name purchased via their registry.

If you purchase a .asia domain with them, you will receive a .asia.com equivalent for free… but this offer will only last until the landrush period in february when users will have to buy these .asia.com domains for 18 euro each.

Asiadns.com has been able to offer this deal because of their new partnership with Asia.com – the airfare site.

"From now on, we are the registry for Asia.com, and there will be a tab on its site for domains. This way, we can efficiently reach interested parties", stated Frederick Schiwek, vice president of sales and marketing at EuroDNS, parent company of AsiaDNS.

The .asia purchase schedule is as follows:

• Oct 9, 2007 – Sunrise Period 1: government bodies and related organizations
• Oct. 9 – Oct. 30, 2007 – Sunrise Periods 2a and 2b: trademarks and service marks as well as general registered marks
• Nov. 13, 2007 – Jan. 15, 2008 – Sunrise Period 2c: extended protection for registered marks; Sunrise Period 3: companies, societies and other organizations
• Targeted for February 2008 – Land Rush Period
• Targeted for March 2008 – Ongoing Registration
