Microsoft India to launch live.in email

Microsoft India will launch a new email domain named live.in for Indians. Microsoft has introduced this service globally with country specific tlds. When Indian users sign up for Windows Live or Windows Live Hotmail or Windows Live Messenger their address will be @live.in.
“The new Live.in domain will give customers the chance to get a new name with a domain address more clearly associated with the new suite of Windows Live services,” commented Samir Saraiya, Product Head, Windows Live Services. “The Live.in id also opens up a whole new set of possible names so customers have a new opportunity to sign up for an ID name they really want.”
