Penthouse acquires AdultFriendFinder.com for $500 million

Penthouse Media Group Inc., parent company of Penthouse magazine, have announced they have acquired the internet social networking giant Various Inc for $500 million USD in cash and securities. This move makes Penthouse the larges adult entertainment company in the world.

Various Inc has an extensive affiliate network including AdultFriendFinder.com, one of the most highly trafficked websites with over 18 million subscribers.
