Following a decision by a three person panel at World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Facebook has won the domain name Facebook.com.au formerly owned by Australian company Callverse Pty Ltd which seemed to offer some sort of Click To Call solution.
According to Domain Name Wire Callverse bought the domain name from former registrant “Cocktail King Australia” and Braden Yuill between June and October 2007.
