WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center Rules For Google In Another WIPO Case

WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center has ruled in favour of Google in another domain dispute. This time the respondent was Jeltes Consulting / N. Tea Pty Ltd., of Australia, represented by Jan Jeltes, of Eden Hills, Australia.

The complaint was filed with WIPO by email on July 1, 2008. The panel has found in favour of the complainant (Google) and the question of Reverse Domain Name Hijacking did not arise. In accordance with paragraphs 4(i) of the Policy and 15 of the Rules, the Panel ordered that the domain names be transferred to the Complainant.
