Simple economics. Doh! I hope I am wrong though because everybody does need to spend lots of money by the end of the year or else we're all ultimately going to be effected by the consequences and it appears to be shaping up to be a very very bad and I mean bad couple of month's ahead and start to the new year of 2009.
