GuyInYourPants.com – A Sequel To GirlInYourShirt.com?

People are quick these days. Following in the recent short-term success of GirlInYourShirt.com, a guy called Jon has come up with a bit of a parody called GuyInYourPants.com.

The about page shows how much work has been put into this project:

This site is the result of years of research, intensive meetings with venture capitalists and industry leaders, and a team of 60 engineers working around the clock for months on end, without sufficient food or drink, to produce the site you see today.

So, how does GuyInYourPants.com work? Reading from their homepage:

Hey, I’m Jon, and I will be the guy who wears your pants! *

Do you have a business? Does that business have a marketing budget of at least $150 a year? If so, then Guy In Your Pants might be, nay, IS, the perfect choice to help you promote whatever product or service your company offers.

Here’s how it works. First, make some pants with your company’s branding on it. Then, put the pants in a box, and put that box in your attic. I seriously don’t want your pants.

Next, pay us $150. We’ll make a 30-second YouTube video about your site or product. We’ll try to make this video funny, but if the rest of this site is any indication, the video will probably be dumb. Really dumb.

We’ll also write a “tweet” on Twitter about your product. Both the YouTube video and the tweet will be posted by the user “guyinyourpants”.

Lastly, we’ll add a link to your site right here on www.guyinyourpants.com. The link will be up as long as the site is up, which we hope will be at least a week or so. And with our current PageRank of 0, we’ll be certain to vault your site into relative obscurity.
