Godaddy Sponsors Arizona Humane Society’s 11th annual Pet Telethon

For the fourth year running Godaddy is sponsoring Arizona Humane Society’s annual Pet Telethon. This year Go Daddy is the title sponsor of the event with a $100,000 donation.

“Every year Go Daddy steps up with a donation and more importantly, keeps our Web site up and running, which is vital to the success of the telethon,” said Guy Collison, executive director of the Arizona Humane Society. “The assistance Go Daddy gives with online support, volunteers and donations is overwhelming and we are thrilled Go Daddy is the title sponsor for this year’s telethon.”

Over the years, Go Daddy has been involved with the telethon in many ways, including jumping in in 2006 when the Humane Society web site crashed due to large traffic. Go Daddy supplied a new domain name at the time giving donors a secure, safe location to contribute their money. Since then, the Humane Society’ website www.AzHumane.org is registered and hosted through Go Daddy.

“Go Daddy is committed to donating time and money to help provide care for Arizona’s animals,” said Go Daddy CEO and Founder Bob Parsons. “In fact, my own dogs will be attending the telethon.”
