yahooYahoo has made an astute purchasing decision buying OMG.com for $80,000 – readers might know that Yahoo has a popular celebrity gossip web site at omg.yahoo.com – OMG is an acronym for “Oh My God”.

Even though the domain OMG.com currently points to OMG.org – Object Management Group – the whois info clearly states that Yahoo is the owner:
