ICANN Continue With Plans To Overhaul Their Website Design

ICANN are finally heeding calls to revamp their website. For an organization of their structure, their website leaves a lot to be desired.

ICANN have contracted external consultants Revere Group to redesign the website to better fit with the community’s needs based on research and surveys of site visitors. ICANN staff and the external consultants have been working on revamping/redesigning their site since June this year.

They have put together a mockup of what the new website might look like on their blog.

It’s interesting to note, as DNN points out, that one of the top reasons people visit ICANN’s site is because they have a domain name dispute. Food for thought indeed.
