		<description>Audrey, obviously Halvarez is not innocent, however, who is to say that this was the only fake customer account doing the shill bidding? That&#039;s why SnapNames should make things transparent - if there is nothing to hide they should let everyone check their past auctions...</description>

Truth be told they used a lot of H1-B, non US citizens in their operations and engineering.  I would start investigating them, before they are shipped back to India.  We know from the AIG mess that the H1-B workers were shipped back before they could be investigated.  Better hurry!</description>

		<description>I don&#039;t think SnapName&#039;s actions reflect a lot of guts here.  They simply had no choice, legally, but to come forward with this.  Covering it up would only lead to disaster for them.</description>
