370 Passwords You Can’t Use On Twitter

Posted on December 27th, 2009 by admin in Domain News | 3 Comments »

Some folks have noticed that there are 370 passwords hardcoded on the Twitter signup page that you can’t use to sign up to Twitter.

I assume Twitter has extrapolated this list from possible published lists of passwords used to crack accounts – so it’s a good idea not to use these terms as your passwords for other internet accounts too.

To view the entire list go to the Twitter signup page and view the source code by going to View Source in your browser.
