Godaddy Launches Direct Affiliate Program
Posted on February 25th, 2010 by admin in Domain News | 5 Comments »
Godaddy has had an affiliate program through CommissionJunction for a while now, but they have finally decided to go the direct route to complement their cj.com setup.
By spreading the word about Go Daddy services online you can earn 20% commissions on orders placed up to 45 days after the initial click.
The Go Daddy Direct Affiliate Program is free to join and commissions are paid out monthly to affiliates either through direct deposit, PayPal, check or GoodAsGold.
“Our customers are our greatest marketers,” said Go Daddy CEO and Founder Bob Parsons. “They use our products, know the quality of Go Daddy’s customer service and can speak to the experience firsthand.”
To sign up to the Godaddy direct affiliate program, go through the following link.

What is your take on all the ads being iframe ? Not sure why GD would do that, but I have read iframes are not good for SEO.
My affiliate membership is still pending approval so I haven’t had a chance to see the ads yet.
Jamie, is your concern with not being able to no-follow the ads with them being in an iframe?
Apart from not being able to nofollow stuff, as far as I know any bad content inside an iframe is considered content of the domain name where the content is, not the domain name that contains the iframe.

Thank you John. I have just noticed that DomainTools.com SEO Browser “flags” iFrames of any kind. I figured if they were flagging them, then they could effect SEO.
Oh cool, I do like godaddy for domain reg, I must go see about their program. Thanks for the heads up!
Hi,
I have signed up for the affiliate program but it says approval is pending for my account, waiting for the approval.
