Sedo – the domain name aftermarket – is at it again. They have just announced on their recent sales page that the domain name Metal.com has sold for a whopping $165,000 US.
The whois for this domain name was updated on 25-Feb-10 marking the transfer and is under private protection so it is currently unclear who the buyer is.
Sedo has also sold crosswords.net for $15,000 US, bigdaddy.com for $20,000 US and bondstreet.com for $10,000 US making it another whopper weekend in domain sales.
