DomainNameWire Domain Auction Up And Running On SnapNames
Posted on April 20th, 2010 by admin in Buying & Selling, Domain News | No Comments »
A while back Andrew of DomainNameWire.com contacted me to check whether I’d be interested in putting up a few of my domain names in an auction he was planning to hold at SnapNames titled “the Domain Name Wire Showcase auction”.
I agreed and put up 3 of my domain names to round up the total to 50 domain names gathered from domain bloggers mainly and a couple from large portfolio holders.
All in all it’s quite a nice list with some really cool domain names up for auction.
The auction is running from April 20 to April 27.
Here are some more details:
- Domains starting at $99 with no reserve including 2 four letter .com’s registered in 1998, a three letter .net, and a three character .com.
- All of the domains are popular terms, and 80% of them are also registered in an “inferior” TLD (e.g. we’re selling .com, but .net or .org is registered).
- All but two domains priced under $5k, and most under $1k, meaning there’s something for every budget.
Have fun and good luck bidding if you see something you like.
Here is the auction link again.
