Default Have You Read This Book?

Representing the ultimate guide to domaining and the domain name industry.

From: John Motson (DNXpert)

I have been involved in domaining since the year 2000. I have made money and I have seen others do the same over the years in this industry. That said, domaining is not a get rich quick scheme. It won't turn you into a millionaire overnight.

So why am I writing this?

For a very good reason - domaining is one of the best ways to get rich online, period. If you play your cards right, invest smart and learn from your mistakes you can literally build a portfolio that will guarantee a continuos income stream for years to come.

If you are new to domaining or you have been around for a while but still need a push to the next level, you should seriously consider reading the Domaining Manifesto.

The Domaining Manifesto presents you with clear-cut information, strategies and techniques to successfully register, appraise, buy, protect, manage, monetize, trade, negotiate and sell domain names.

If you need more convincing feel free to ask around the forum. There are numerous domainers here that have read the book from whom you can get direct advice about the book's quality and usefulness.

Thank you,

John

Default Great domaining book!!

John, I got your book yestarday and I read in one sitting! very good book, congratulations!!.

And for anyone starting in this business, I can say:

Save your self some time, stop looking all over for the info you need to gather to learn about domains and get the book now!. Seriusly, I spent some good time looking for what tools to use, which forums to read, what webs to.... etc., If I had bought the book first, I would have spend all that time in doing the right research, faster, better, and with a guidence.

Great job John!!

Thanks for the book.

Gustavo

Thanks Gustavo, I am glad you enjoyed the read.

I put a lot of work into writing the Domaining Manifesto and I am happy that the work is paying off in helping others have all the info that wasn't available to me when I first got into domaining.

John

Default Domaining Manifesto Review - Is John's book worth it?

Well, I managed to scrap up a bit of cash and plunked down the money to grab a highly recommended ebook by John Motson (the owner of these forums and the main site). Here is a review from Biggy Fat:

GREAT ebook here. Without boring you with too many details while at the same time not giving away the contents of the book, I'd just like to say that this book covers every single aspect of domaining and how you can successfully get into the industry. He breaks it down without too much fluff and gets straight to the point. I understood everything he said in one sitting. That's something that I couldn't get with many other books I've purchased. I LOVE the section on appraisals. Armed with that knowledge, I'm confident that I can be a successful domainer and do this full time. There is a good spot that the pros get some very hot domains, and he spills those beans. Wanna know what it is? Plunk down the cash. Don't beg me to tell you - I ain't finna hurt the man's sales.

All in all, this is probably the best $30 I've spent. Domaining isn't hard at all. You need just a bit of brain power and you can succeed at domaining. I highly recommend this book. You'll get everything he's talking about by reading it in a single sitting. Great job, John.

I agree it was a good easy read. It's been awhile since I read it, I've forgotten about the nugget revealed. Maybe time to re-read it.

After a month of being in this business, I decided to re-read the Domaining Manifesto, and I think it is a was a very good idea to do it, as now I know more and understand more about the bussines so when re-reading it I could absorve much more of the contents in the book, than the first time.

So, if you are a newbie, and it is being a while since you read the book, I would recomend you to read it again.
