No, namecheap don't have any affiliate program (till now).

1 and 1 has an affiliate program - I've been a member for a long time now. I've only used the affiliate program once, to purchase 15 or so domains and I got about $80 credited to my personal account. I don't know if they actually pay money, or if it's only a credit, but I thought I'd put that out there.
