Looking for an interactive map

I am looking for a map of the USA that can be made interactive. So when someone would click on the state of Minnesota then a web site would be linked to it. I have seen these types of maps before but just don't know where to get on.

You could probably find a good image of a US map to purchase from some image gallery like this one: STOCKXPERT - Royalty free stock photography community then use an image map editor to create the hot zones for clicking. Here is an image map editor you can use:

there's affordable photography I heard they quite good. oh there's also Aerial Photography but I don't know if they have of the whole US
